About Jamie Lang
My practice focuses on white-collar litigation for companies and individuals, including advising and representing clients in internal investigations, criminal and regulatory enforcement matters and related complex litigation. As a former Assistant United States Attorney, I have extensive trial and appellate experience. During my tenure as federal prosecutor in Los Angeles, I was lead counsel on dozens of felony investigations and prosecutions involving a wide array of federal crimes, including money laundering, structuring, racketeering, tax fraud, mail fraud, and identity theft. Since returning to King & Spalding, I have represented clients in high stakes criminal and civil investigations across the spectrum, with a focus on healthcare matters. I also have provided compliance analysis and advice to companies, including relating to FCPA, anti-kickback, and fraud-related issues.
