In my current role as a senior mixed-methods UX Researcher, I’ve planned and executed hundreds of research studies for our strategic insights services team. We provide professional research services to enterprise level Fortune 100 companies and startups. My current focus areas are finance/fintech, SaaS, telecommunications, e-Commerce, B2B, and small-medium business (SMB). We expertly fit research into product roadmaps; from Lean/Rapid UX with Agile teams for fast insights to long-term strategic CX engagements to uncover the voice of the customer. In my role, I manage researchers as well as take part in the end-to-end research process, including- Consulting with stakeholders on research strategy, practice, and methods so product development is supported by research- Aligning UX findings with business goals and KPIs, calculating ROI based on metrics and analytics- Telling research stories and collaborating with stakeholders in a range of styles (one pagers/top line summaries, report decks, workshopping, Miro boards) to meet teams where they are at- Quantitative data analysis using Excel, SPSS/JASP, and SQL- Conducting and analyzing research addressing issues across the entire product-development life cycle, including both formative and summative research- Expertise in research approaches and when to apply them; moderated studies, think aloud (TOL), jobs-to-be-done (JTBD), journey mapping, information architecture research (e.g, card sorts, tree tests), benchmarking, feature prioritization (e.g, Kano, MaxDiff), A&U’s, personas
