With deep technical roots in the phosphate and fertilizer industries, Jamie has led process development across the full project lifecycle—from laboratory and bench-scale research through pilot plant testing, feasibility studies, and basic engineering design. She has developed process design packages for new and revamped phosphoric acid and fertilizer granulation facilities and CIX technologies worldwide. Jamie has extensive experience serving as lead process engineer, project manager, and executive sponsor on large, multinational projects. Her background includes hands-on development of pilot plant and laboratory testing for phosphoric acid and granular fertilizer products. She has tested many phosphate rock samples from all over the world and brings this context to K-Tech’s work with its clients. A core focus of Jamie’s work is the application of continuous separation technologies for the recovery of rare earth elements (REEs) and other valuable critical materials, reduction of heavy metals and impurities, and recovery of fluorine from phosphate operations. These technologies represent a step-change in how critical materials are sourced, processed, and valorized. As Vice President, Jamie leads business development and technology strategy, aligning innovation with market needs. She oversees complex global projects, supports strategic partnerships, and builds high-performing teams delivering scalable, industrial-ready solutions.
