ABOUT JAMIE HERRIOTT

Jamie is an experienced organisation transformation professional in Deloitte’s Human Capital team, based in London. He is focused on serving clients in the infrastructure, transport, energy and resources sectors, helping them design, build and transition to better performing organisations. Jamie has broad experience in helping organisations transform their operating models and management systems, with better integration between organisation structures, processes and technology to drive performance. He brings leading approaches and insights from experience across sectors: rail, utilities, mining, oil and gas, public sector, retail and life sciences. Having assisted some of the world’s largest companies – including Rio Tinto, Syngenta, Vale, Network Rail, Thames Water, BG Group and BHP – Jamie understands the organisational complexities associated with expansion, especially the delivery of capital portfolios, in a global operating context. Jamie has strong project management skills, with experience in leading organisational transformation programmes of varying scale with and for his clients. He applies relationship skills to maximise stakeholder engagement and participation to help clients achieve sustainable outcomes.Jamie is skilled in building capability in his clients and consulting teams, and leads organisation design (OD) capability development and training for Deloitte’s practitioners in the UK.Jamie’s consulting skills are supported by Master of Business and Bachelor of Science degrees. His master’s degree was achieved with distinction and in 2008 was admitted to the Dean’s Honour Roll for outstanding academic excellence.Jamie also completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) Company Directors Course in 2006 and holds yellow belt certification in Lean Six Sigma.
