Maintaining and organizing workflow of all designs needed weekly, assuring timelines/goals can be met. Providing suggestions/solutions when additional resources are needed. • Establish timeline for and create initial color pallets seasonally (to review with team) for all collections and communicate list to product development, by fabrication/collection.• Provide blank color pallet CADs (presentation ready and actual blank specific) for design/merchandising assuring lab dips have been dipped/approved and reviewed by merchandising and management. • Maintain internal line lists, system entry of all styles, with exceptional attention to detail. • As a partner with Operations, continuously review and/or update data management entry procedures. • Create a brand guideline for design and PD for ALL brands,(in house, licensees, wholesale or private label) documenting accurate information on all trademarks, registered marks, color standards, or any specific guidelines that must be followed. • Review all designs for licensee’s submission, and document seasonally all submits, approved designs, as well as rejected designs (clearly marked) for future notes on direction. • Understanding T&A timelines, initiate new seasonal design direction and act as the direct point of contact to all licensees on new design submits, approvals• Assure all licensee requests are met regarding product/cad needs, approval samples, strike off approvals, and/or additional detailed product information.• Acts as a senior member of the company in a role showing leadership (Defined as: Guiding others without force into a direction or decision that leaves them still feeling empowered and accomplished.)
