I lead Snapchat\'s advertiser support and operations internationally. Key responsibilities- My role comprises leadership of the international Digital Ad Support org and oversight of a global vendor organisation across three sites- Our key focus is advertiser success with Snapchat. We do this by consulting with brands to achieve their advertising KPIs through overcoming performance, measurement and technical challenges- My team sits closest to our advertisers, leveraging a deep understanding of the Snapchat ads manager platform, guiding on strategies to maximise advertiser ROI by analysing and telling stories through auction performance data- They also serve as a decision point for technical escalations with an advanced understanding of programmatic ad buying, auction marketplace dynamics, tracking pixels and third-party measurement tools including working with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) web analytics platforms and dynamic mobile ad formats- The team partners with their sales region/vertical to feedback to our product and engineering teams on recurring challenges impacting key performance advertisers, developing tools and scalable solutions to unblock revenue- We tier our support by adding additional focus for our top tier advertisers including Booking.com, Sky, JD Sports, Gymshark, Zalando & HBO Max Achievements - Increased revenue impact for international sales from $20k to $72k per consultation from Q1 ‘21 to Q2 ‘22 - Increased International team revenue coverage from 15% to 40% supporting $150M worth of revenue in Q2 2022 - Scaled low complexity support tasks to vendor org decreasing FTE load by 50% from Q2 ‘21 to Q2 ‘22
