With over 20 years of experience in health, human performance, education, and nonprofit leadership, I am recognized for turning vision into actionable, sustainable change.I am a purpose-driven strategist and advocate for human potential, having held prominent leadership roles throughout my career. Notably, I served as the Director of Soldier Hollow Charter School, where the school was ranked as the #1 academic-performing charter school in Utah during my tenure. Additionally, I was the Director of Intermountain Healthcare’s Human Performance Center, where I launched innovative programs that reduced athletic injuries and increased community access to sports science. I have also taught as an adjunct professor in Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology at Utah State University, where I contributed to developing the next generation of wellness professionals.My approach combines scientific rigor with emotional intelligence. I bring a unique blend of heart, grit, and strategic insight to every project—whether I’m leading multi-sector collaborations, building educational platforms, or mentoring others through high-stakes leadership transitions. At Gladly Network, I have been instrumental in expanding access to community wellness, spearheading impactful partnerships, and developing content that educates, uplifts, and transforms.When I\'m not guiding impact initiatives, you can find me on a mountain bike trail, skiing fresh powder, hiking with friends, or enjoying time by the water. My greatest pride and purpose come from being a mom to three remarkable children—watching them navigate life with courage, curiosity, and grace.Whether I’m leading from the front or empowering others behind the scenes, I approach every endeavor with clarity and authenticity.
