ABOUT JAMIE GRAHAM MALONE
Currently, Jamie is the HR Director for the National Security Space line of business and Enterprise Performance organization within Lockheed Martin Space, where she recently provided thought leadership and project management in support of the Space enterprise realignment, she also led and implemented a robust change management strategy that resulted in the realignment of employees across hundreds of programs as well as the strategic consolidation of a $6.5B+ customer portfolio. In her day-to-day, Jamie is responsible for the human capital strategy, inclusive of talent attraction, retention, and development, culture, workforce planning and new business proposals, for over 250 programs ranging from quick and agile to long lifecycle, both domestic and internationally. Previously, Jamie was the HR lead for the Special Programs line of business, the HR lead for Operations, supporting the Executive Vice President of Operations as well as leading the HR teams supporting Production Operations, Quality, and Antenna, Test, and Launch Operations (ATLO) organizations. She also served as the Chief of Staff to the Vice President of Human Resources at Space and was the HR leader for the Labor Relations organization. Jamie is also a graduate of the HR leadership development program (HRLDP) and completed rotations at both Lockheed Martin’s Aeronautics and Space business areas. Prior to joining Lockheed Martin, Jamie gained early HR career experience from working in the automotive and food service industries.Jamie sits as an advisor on the Zeta Associates board of directors, is a recent graduate of the Colorado Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program,and actively supported the Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA) white paper publication on SCIF life (Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facility). Jamie earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and a master’s in Human Resources & Labor Relations from Michigan State University.
