As a transaction coordinator, i keep track of all the documents required for a residential real estate sale. The are more forms required every year; disclosure forms, advisory forms, inspections, etc.I spend each day in an office in front of a computer making sure that everything is signed and forwarded to the interested parties. The Internet and Docusign make it relatively easy. We have a great computerized tracking system.
