I\'m Jamie Franks-Reeves, currently a Director of Franchise Recruitment. My journey in franchising started when I had the privilege of joining the company as a Franchise Development Intern. Following my five years as a collegiate athlete and earning my dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Marketing and Business Management from the University of Arkansas at Monticello, I was excited to pursue a career in franchise development.As a student-athlete, I served as a pitcher & team captain on my college softball team. This experience honed my skills in problem-solving, leadership, communication, perseverance, and determination—qualities that continue to drive my professional endeavors. Academically, I pushed myself to excel, earning a 4.0 GPA during the spring semester while balancing softball & other responsibilities. In 2021 I was nominated by Phi Beta Lambda for the homecoming queen. After extensive interview rounds & volunteer hours I was then chosen as a the one of the top candidates for the homecoming court I was also named Business Student of the Month by the Dean, made the Chancellor’s List twice, and was recognized as All-Academic in the GAC Conference for the 20••••21 school year. Additionally, I was actively involved in Phi Beta Lambda (PBL), serving as Vice President, winning first place in a state-level testing competition in Arkansas.I also earned certifications in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint to enhance my skills & prepare for professional success.After my Internship in franchising I knew that\'s where I wanted to be. My professional journey began as a Franchise Development Coordinator, where I gained valuable insights into the bigger picture of franchising & the collaborative efforts of support teams working alongside potential franchisees. Today, as the Director of Franchise Recruitment, I take pride in helping families find growth opportunities aligned with our brand’s core values—building meaningful relationships & guiding them through their franchise journey.Outside of work, I spend time with my family and loved ones. I’m naturally competitive & enjoy anything active! I’m also an avid reader, I enjoy organizing an “unofficial” book club with friends. A piece of advice I hold dear is to “Always take time to appreciate the small moments in life”—a philosophy I strive to practice daily.I am proud to be part of the Franchise Industry & committed to helping others unlock their potential—both personally & professionally.
