I am a passionate and results-driven marketing professional with a strong background in both client-side and agency environments. With expertise across CRM strategy, digital marketing, SEO, paid media, content creation, and campaign management, I have successfully helped brands scale their reach, improve customer engagement, and drive revenue growth.Currently at St Andrews Links Trust, I lead CRM initiatives and manage digital campaigns, growing our direct marketing channels. I have advanced the utilisation and management of our CRM, worked on major website and SEO projects, and delivered cross-brand campaigns.With previous leadership experience, I have developed marketing functions from the ground up, transformed online sales performance, and managed marketing strategies for a multitude of clients.
