Key interface between the March Networks change managementprocess and the various worldwide CM sites. Review withProgram Managers(PMs) and approve TDPs for release to CMfacilities and vendors. Coordinate with R&D team and other teamsto determine production requirements including the test/assemblystrategy. Manage all required certifications ( e.g. CSA/UL) files forCM and repair facilities. Oversee the manufacture of all proto, NPIand CI builds and support GA ready statements in regards tomanufacturability and test/repair process and required equipment.Coordinate, maintain, improve and update all manufacturing,assembly, test procedures and work instructions to realize costsavings and increased quality levels. In coordination with Quality,review all field and production failures, manage root causeanalysis and drive improvements to correct design and/ormanufacturing defects. Assist PM and Quality in the review ofFPI’s or Production Facility Audits as required. Lead costreduction initiatives in Manufacturing Operations and R&D. Travelto all CM or customer locations as required.
