ABOUT JAMIE FARREN
I am a Developer of new business ventures and expansion of current programs. Most recently I expanded a Chronic Care Management program from an enrollment of 121 patients to 640 patients in 8 weeks. Set up a training program for new chronic care coordinators, set up help line and rolled out the Principal Care Management program with providers and patients. I am also a Registered Nurse and a Qualified Mental Health Professional. I have worked with children and adults to help them with skills training in order to cope with everyday struggles. I am a Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma for Healthcare so I can help streamline processes and eliminate waste and identify critical access points where the company is exposed to unnecessary risk and mitigate that risk.
