International Expansion- Successfully registered in the United Arab Emirates, obtaining all licenses. Advised on the strategic expansion of operations to several countries in Africa and high risk contexts like Gaza. Quality Legal Templates- Overhauled legal templates to ≈4 pages of plain English, leading to significant reductions in Legal team’s workload.
