I am a partner in Orrick’s Capital Markets Group, with a primary focus on corporate and securities law. I represent distinguished technology and life sciences companies in a broad scope of corporate matters.I have comprehensive experience in capital markets transactions where I have represented issuers, underwriters and other parties in a variety of public and private offerings in the areas of equity and debt securities. I am particularly skilled at advising technology companies on their initial public offerings. I have been part of some of the most well-known technology public offerings. In addition to my capital markets experience I advise on mergers and acquisitions, and related securities law issues.
