Proactively creating a safe space for employees to report incidents and to promote the company wide motto: “Safety First, Quality Always”.Accountable Operation Manager authorised under the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) as the Form 4 holder (CAA certification). Instigating procedures to ensure preventative action for the future, for example, encouraging staff to raise “Red Card” concerns with management to proactively deal with potential quality issues.Evaluating internal supplier score cards to monitor and review instances where manufacturing lead time is not achieved and carry out “deep dive” analysis of processes to continually improve both delivery and customer experience. Carrying out “Kaizen” events, focused on poor performing process areas.Monitoring labour hours to evaluate actual bookings versus target bookings to ensure the business remains cost competitive within the current market. Setting productivity targets, ensuring all key stakeholders contribute to targets in line with their annual set priorities and objectives. Creating productivity projects to engage and motivate staff to contribute to the overall corporate objective of reducing costs and improving business targets.Interacting with a multi professional workforce.
