In my role as a Senior advisor, I have had the opportunity to work on two transformations, the first being a digital transformation lead and the second being the program manager for the safety transformation “Keep Everyone Safe” program; I planned and executed critical projects, acting as a senior advisor within the PMO office. My responsibilities included ensuring adherence to PMI standards and generally accepted practices through collaboration with Governance, Stakeholder engagement, and Change management. • Developed stakeholder engagement plans, procedures, and documents for the CAPEX project for Projects & Engineering.• Managed relationships and providing technical support and direction to study leads, PMs, and stakeholders, both within Rio Tinto and with external partners• Managed working group and framework SharePoint within P&E & transformational office, improvement of framework procedures• Represented P&E on the preferred providers meetings and global sustaining systems WG• Applied technical/professional knowledge to solve complex problems and recommend solutions that contributed to project success.• Created and conducted training on numerous processes and procedures from the framework. • Worked with Environmental to create a sustainability evaluation tool required for all capex projects within the copper group• Worked in the Sustainability work group for RTK • Conducted IPR (independent project reviews) working with study managers to confirm processes, procedures, and documents were correct and ready for EC (Evaluation Committee) and IC (Investment Committee)Managed projects from the study phase through the completion
