As a Web Producer at Penna, my role involves delivering dynamic digital solutions for external clients and building in-house workflows and tools to streamline processes. With expertise in content management systems such as WordPress and Umbraco, I ensure websites are built, kept up-to-date, optimized, and aligned with client objectives. Beyond website management, I utilise Microsoft tools and power apps to build apps, processes and automations to help streamline internal processes and workflows. More recently, I have been exploring ways to integrate AI into our processes to future-proof the business while continuously striving for process improvement:• Manage and update website content using WordPress, Umbraco, and bespoke CMS platforms.• Build and deploy templated and custom websites using in-house tools, sharepoint, power platform and others when required• Implement effective SEO strategies for new and established websites• Use Google reporting platforms, GA4/GTM, to report on website performance and make improvements where needed• Conduct website audits and provide recommendations for performance improvements• Create processes and workflows using automation and AI tools to streamline processes• Assist with domain, SSL setup, and basic server management for website deployments• Collaborate with internal teams across the business and occasionally with clients out with the business to ensure the requirements are being met
