Own the material financial plan to support program revenue and cash goals; conduct monthly material revenue forecasting and gap analysis to ensure alignment with operations and finance.• Identify and mitigate critical path risks to maintain schedule integrity and program deliverables.• Lead proposal and program kick-offs, developing and executing material strategies, approving material roll-ups, and establishing cost targets to achieve material EAC goals.• Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to manage material status, lead times, and risk reduction; provide data-driven analysis to support cost and schedule decisions.• Serve as IPT Supply Chain lead, overseeing supplier engagement, sourcing strategy, and procurement execution across program lifecycles.• Interface with key suppliers to manage forecasts, performance, and delivery schedules; escalate and resolve supply issues impacting program execution.• Develop and manage strategic sourcing plans and RFQ criteria to ensure cost efficiency and best-value procurement.• Review and approve purchase price variances to maintain EAC accuracy and ensure financial targets are achieved.• Support supplier long-term agreements to strengthen supplier relationships and secure supply chain stability.
