ABOUT JAMIE COURTNAGE

Experienced leader with over 20 years experience within the tyre industry.I started my management career at the age of 18 for National Tyres & Autocare managing four technicians in a busy branch.From then I embarked on my journey at ATS Euromaster. They helped develop my skills in management from Depot to account management in a field sales role.In 2019 I used my knowledge & skills become a Regional Operations Manager with Tructyre. During this time I have Developed groups of individuals & transformed them into high performing teams. At its peak I had 70 team members under my managerial umbrella.November 2021 I joined Prometeon Tyre Group as a Business Development Manager North UK, combining my operations & sales expertise, ensuring fleets are using the best product & platform to benefit their business. Autumn 2023 I decided to deploy myself back into operations with Central Tyre. Starting in October as Regional Operations Manager for the North of England, I am to use my skills & knowledge picked up from many different roles to ensure Central Tyre deliver effective & best in industry service to its customers. November 2024 I have been given the opportunity to become Head of Operations at Central Tyre. Proudly responsible for ensuring effective & efficient day to day operations for the division, ensuring seamless service delivery, safety, compliance & overall operational excellence.Skilled in leadership, Negotiation, Operations Management, Account management, Commercial sales management, Business development, Customer Satisfaction, Team Building & motivating.Proud to deliver industry leading service & expertise.
