As Head of the Delivery Unit within ONS’ International Development Team, I lead the oversight and delivery of the financial, commercial and logistical operations of our Official Development Assistance (ODA) funded programmes.My team is responsible for ensuring strong governance and value-for-money across all ODA activities, managing end‑to‑end financial planning, commercial assurance, and contract management. The team manage logistics for all duty travel and overseas deployments, ensuring efficient, compliant, and safe travel. We also oversee the development and implementation of policies that underpin our international work—supporting high‑quality programme execution, accountability, and alignment with both ONS and cross-government ODA standards.
