Providing diagnostics and consultations for patients with swallowing disorders (dysphagia) via mobile Modified Barium Swallow Studies alongside a skilled physician/ARNP within the Southeast and Southwest Florida regions to patient\'s in various healthcare settings including but not limited to Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, outpatient rehabiliation centers, rehab hospitals and private homes. Providing interpretation, results, and recommendations following MBSS while collaborating with the Speech and Language Pathologists, caregivers, and healthcare professionals providing care for the patient with dysphagia. Providing consultation for both the patient and therapist on appropriate medical follow up/referrals, discussion of therapeutic outcome and recommendations for diet modification and use of evidence-based therapy. Marketing with current contracts and future prospective clients to increase caseload and expand business potential for the company on days in which are not active on the truck. Educating various healthcare professionals (including specialists in neurology, ENT, GI, cardiac) on the benefits of instrumental dysphagia assessments and promoting awareness of preventative/proactive actions to reduce risk for aspiration and related pulmonary complications as well as educating therapists, nurses, building administrators and rehab directors on how to best identify and treat patients with swallowing difficulties including reducing re-hospitalizations, re-admissions and cost of stay for patients related to dysphagia. Promoting awareness of therapeutic tools, devices and materials for both the patients and SLP\'s treating dysphagia.
