ABOUT JAMIE C.

As a senior leader within the Leicestershire & Rutland County FA, I bring a decade of experience overseeing football governance, operational delivery, and strategic development across the county. Since joining the Association in 2016, I have taken a central role in ensuring that clubs and leagues operate to the highest standards—managing disciplinary processes, strengthening safeguarding practices, and championing equality across the grassroots game. In my capacity as Head of Football Delivery, Deputy CEO, and Deputy Senior Safeguarding Lead, I support the effective running of county-wide football services, lead the delivery of key programmes such as County Cups, and provide guidance to staff and volunteers on digital tools and technology that enable better football experiences. With more than 25 years of coaching experience in Leicestershire and a UEFA B Licence, I am passionate about developing players, supporting coaches, and contributing to a positive football culture at every level. My work is driven by a commitment to safe, inclusive, and well-governed football environments that allow the game and its people to thrive. I continue to build on my experience within The Football Association ecosystem, contributing to the wider development and sustainability of grassroots football.
