Ensured policies, processes, laws and requirements are being followed by underwriters, sales teams and sales support teams. Develop and establish new procedures to streamline and improve the underwriting process. Assist in establishing new Payment Facilitators. Assisted in establishing rules and processes for an auto approval system. Prepare deals to be sent to Sponsor bank to receive an approval and request an exception. Prepare deals over approval authority to send to World Wide Credit Teams for further approval. Review underwriter write ups and approve higher risk accounts up to $400K in risk exposure and $100M in requested volume. Work directly with the VP and SVP in providing data and information to make appropriate changes to processes.
