Her knowledge in co-employment, safety, worker’s compensation and claims management, unemployment, employee relations, training, and retention, creation of organizational structuring, strategic business planing, creating and implementing internal and external employee policies, operational procedures, and employment law aides in keeping Phoenix competitive and compliant. She is a member of the American Staffing Association, Georgia Staffing Association, Madison Chamber, Henry County Council for Quality Growth and Society for Human Resources.
