ABOUT JAMIE ANDERSON

Mr. Anderson is an experienced private infrastructure investor and advisor with a track record of executing over $20.0 billion in investments, realizations, and recapitalizations in the North American infrastructure market. Mr. Anderson’s experience comprises the full private equity investment lifecycle including fund formation, fundraising, deal sourcing, execution, portfolio management and investment realization.​Before joining Rothschild, Mr. Anderson was a Principal at AVAIO, a development focused investment platform affiliated with AECOM. Prior to AVAIO, Mr. Anderson was an investment professional with The Carlyle Group, a global alternative asset manager. While at Carlyle, Mr. Anderson participated in the formation of Carlyle Infrastructure Partners, L.P, a $1.2 billion infrastructure fund. Mr. Anderson led the sale of Project Service LLC. He was a member of the transaction team that sold the Park Water Company. He assisted ITS Technologies & Logistics, LLC in the company’s acquisitions of Ramp Management, ConGlobal Industries, Inc, and Atlantic Container Services, Inc./ Lanport Inc. Mr. Anderson was also a member of the transaction team that executed Carlyle’s investment in Synagro Technologies, Inc. ​Mr. Anderson holds a B.A. in economics and government from Connecticut College and is a CFA® charter holder. He has served on the Board of Directors of Mexico Pacific Limited, Project Service LLC, the Park Water Company, and Illinois Central School Bus, LLC.
