As the Director of Cyber Artificial Intelligence and Data Science at TIAA, a leading financial services company, I have over eight years of experience in developing and executing a comprehensive AI/Data Science first strategy for Cyber Security. I hold multiple certifications, including PMP, MCSD, CISSP, and ECMp, and I have dual master\'s degrees in Data Science and Business Analytics, and Information Technology with a focus on Information Security and Privacy. I lead innovation in machine learning/AI, analytics, and automation to resolve complex problems, integrating various technologies, such as Hadoop, Python, Splunk, Oracle, ELK, AWS, MS SQL, Tableau, Power Automate, and others, and strengthening data-driven decision making. I establish and cultivate strong relationships with LOB and AI/DS stakeholders, collaborating with leaders across the enterprise to operationalize solutions. I also advise senior leadership on technical, architectural, TCO, and risk mitigation for Shared Services. Additionally, I have two years of experience as an Adjunct Professor at University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where I taught Machine Learning to graduate students in the School of Data Science, and developed partnerships between UNCC and TIAA to facilitate innovation and a talent pipeline.
