About Jamial Clark
I’m Jamial Clark, born and raised in South Los Angeles. I am a man with vision, purpose, and a deep commitment to honoring the foundation my family laid. For over 20 years, I’ve helped individuals and families build wealth through real estate. As a licensed broker and founder of Renaissance Realty Group, I’ve guided hundreds of clients—especially first-time buyers—toward homeownership and long-term financial security. But my work extends far beyond real estate transactions. When my mother passed away in 2015, I made a personal commitment to carry forward her vision and protect what she built. She ran a beauty salon on Crenshaw for decades. In that space, I saw the opportunity to transform her legacy into something that would serve the community for generations. That vision became The Clark on 54th—a 48-unit mixed-use development on the very property my mother once operated her business. It’s a project built with care, intention, and respect for the past. Every detail reflects our family’s journey and our community’s future. I’ve invested my capital into the project, covering design, legal, and entitlement costs, while navigating the real complexities of development: city approvals, community concerns, and high-stakes decision-making. It hasn’t been easy, but I’ve stayed focused. This is about honoring my mother’s vision and proving that ownership can be transformational when rooted in purpose. In 2024, I co-opened Dinah’s Comfort Kitchen in Culver City—bringing new energy and leadership to a neighborhood favorite. It’s a space where hospitality meets heart and continues the theme of building with intention. My journey has been featured in the Los Angeles Times, NBC Channel 4, and Spectrum News, highlighting the importance of Black ownership, community-centered development, and legacy-driven leadership. I’m also developing Regenaissance Health & Wellness Studio, a forward-looking wellness concept designed to bring fitness, healing, and health resources to underserved communities. I’ve also launched Upliv™, a lifestyle brand rooted in positivity, empowerment, and personal growth.
