Office management skills are required to fulfill the demands of a fast-paced dynamic office environment as well as a team player for back up support when required.\\\\n General business/project support, document preparation and review, filing, scheduling meetings and calendar maintenance, managing phone and email distributions, and office supply maintenance.\\\\n Assist in completing phone requests for Branch\\\\n Assist in tracking, coordinating, and preparing/submitting responses to action items in the Action Item System.\\\\n Coordinate events for branch such as parties and/or cookouts\\\\n Onboarding of new hires and/or visitors will also be badged, managed and tracked in coordination with IDMAX and NAMS.\\\\n Scheduling conferences, creating resolution for calendar conflicts, WebEx/Lync and room set up for various meetings.\\\\n Generates presentations, charts, graphs, correspondence, spreadsheets and other similar documents relating to the Branch functions and activities.\\\\n Orders office and IT supplies in anticipation of business needs using AMMS and SAP. Obtain SEWP quotes and work with purchasing groups when necessary.\\\\n Create Labor Reports using BOBJ\\\\n Schedule office moves (phones, computers, office locations, floor plans, moving supplies and service requests).\\\\n Records Management (maintain records for required documentation)\\\\n Property Custodian (assist in inventory/tracking of branch property).\\\\n Creating spreadsheets, emails, newsletters, presentations using Microsoft softwares such as Word, Outlook, Excel, and Powerpoint\\\\n\\\\n
