Structure complex loan transactions and prepare credit presentations for Syndicated and Bilateral opportunities in the National Accounts Commercial Banking space. Spearhead the credit approval and adjudication process for a diversified portfolio of clients. Generate ancillary revenue stream from existing portfolio by identifying cross-selling opportunities such as interest rate swaps, FX hedging, cash management, etc. Build dynamic financial models for various transactions such as LBO’s, M&A’s, MBO’s, with multiple operating and pro forma capital structure scenarios. Negotiate and vet credit agreements with legal counsel and coordinate with back office to ensure successful closing of transactions. Supervise and train Associates and Analysts in key credit competencies.
