Mr. Iceberg brings years of diverse business, project management, and computer industry experience to his role as Director of Information Technology at Riggs Abney. Since joining Riggs Abney in 2001, he has been responsible for leading the Firm’s technology efforts; implementation and support of all technology, strategic planning, policies, e-Discovery consultations, and project management. e-Discovery: Mr. Iceberg has been a consultant on several cases including two of Oklahoma’s largest federal cases. As an e-Discovery consultant, Mr. Iceberg is actively involved in Federal Rule 26(f) “meet and confer” conferences, project management, planning, collection, processing, and data production. He has participated in several in-house CLE presentations and has lectured for the National Business Institute and EWI on the topic of e-Discovery.
