In my role as a direct report to the Marketing Director, I drive the development of creative content for national campaigns for the largest mental health non-profit in Canada. Some key achievements include:• Designed toolkits and social media posts for the 2024 and 2025 Mental Health Week campaigns, achieving over 34,500 downloads and 12.8 million impressions each year by creating engaging, shareable content tailored to the audience.• Spearheaded creative direction for the 2023 and 2024 Giving Tuesday campaigns, raising over each year by leading the creative strategy and execution of all campaign materials.• Contributed to the success of the 2025 Push-Up Challenge, which raised over $3.9 million, by designing signage and web graphics that supported national engagement and visibility.• Art directed and designed all branding and materials for the CMHA 2025 National Conference, resulting in advanced ticket purchases and strong early engagement through consistent, impactful design.• Art directed the 2023 and 2024 Impact Reports, leading creative direction and design for a key corporate publication by collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring the final design aligned with the organization\'s mission and vision.• Developed and executed a cross-promotion with Henry’s Camera Store, generating in in-store donations and boosting brand visibility by creating a compelling visual campaign and ensuring effective collaboration between both brands.• Managed external agencies, designers, and vendors, ensuring alignment with brand standards by coordinating project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.• Reviewed designs created by the Social Media Specialist to ensure brand standards and design fundamentals are met by providing constructive feedback and guidance.• Crafted updated brand guidelines, presentation decks, and internal documents for federation-wide use by standardizing materials to ensure consistency and clarity across all platforms.
