An experienced Controls Engineer with a demonstrated history of 15+ years programming and commissioning SCADA systems across the US, Canada, Australia, and the Middle East. Supplied, configured and validated data to CAISO, ERCOT, SHELL, LADWP, PG & E, Duke Energy, TECO, AEMO, DEWA, Enbridge, Sempra Power, FPL, Georgia Power, First Energy, APS… Worked in numerous substations, from 115kV up to 500kV, verifying data and programming / testing remote operations. Managed the I&C commissioning of several GW of solar power plants. 10+ years of AutoCAD design experience. Meteorological Design and commissioning. Ignition HMI configuration and commissioning. Kepware configuration. RTAC programming and testing. PLC programming.
