Playing an integral role in the growth of our Supplemental Health (SH) portfolio for nearly seven years, the Regional Practice Leader is looked upon as the sales and subject matter expert throughout the entire sales process… and then some.\\\\nOur primary role is to continually increase sales within the worksite portfolio of Accident, Cancer, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity and Permanent Life. We have led and directed the process of closing the capability gaps within our own sales and account rep teams associated with effectively training, marketing, selling, and administrating our worksite portfolio. By working in concert with our reps, we are closely aligned with the market and many key VB experts at various brokerage firms. By effectively partnering with our brokerage community we have also been responsible for initiating the successful growth of partnerships with many enrollment firms and benefit administration firms within our regions (mine being Greater Chicago, Greater New York/NJ, Great Lakes and New England), These products drive profitable growth and can help subsidize less profitable lines of coverage.\\\\nI spearhead several national and regional relationships with accountability to constantly bring new distribution partners to the table. I’ve also been an integral part of the evolution of our portfolio working collaboratively with the various segment leaders within distribution, underwriting, enrollment, technology, administration and claims to deliver the “best-in-class” experience. In short, we work in concert with all Guardian associates on external (now viral) sales calls to effectively distinguish our products and partnerships from our competition. We are in market experts leveraged to drive profitable growth within the VB segment.\\\\n\\\\n
