Wro Training Specialist @Public Strategies

As the Training Specialist, I will be leading regular training and fidelity checks for facilitators/educators on a flexible schedule that will include weekends and evenings. Work Ready Oklahoma (WRO) is a best practices workforce development initiative led by Public Strategies and key partners from around the country. WRO serves a number of populations: Veterans, the long-term unemployed, historically underemployed, individuals with a criminal background including those re-entering society from incarceration, incumbent workers, low-skilled or wage workers, and individuals receiving public assistance such as SNAP and TANF benefits and cureent professionals! I must demonstrate an exceptional understanding of content, be observant in the fidelity of that content itself as well as the facilitation of it and assist with the training and onboarding of new trainers. WRO programs demonstrate the value and efficacy of well-thought approaches to incorporating soft skills, vocational training, continuing education, job placement, job coaching, and career advancement in ways that make obtaining consistent gainful employment in areas that pay a living wage more accessible to these groups!
