Hello - thanks for viewing my profile. I’m an experienced fee-only advisor with specialist expertise in guiding successful business owners in the run up phase prior to retirement. Over the years, I have been privileged to serve in leadership positions within our profession. I am a past President of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA), and also was the first fee-only Certified Financial Planner Practitioner to serve on the Board of Governors of the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards. My views have been featured in numerous financial publications including The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, The New York Times, Kiplinger’s, Money, Medical Economics and Worth. I was pleased to be named to the INVESTOPEDIA Top 100 Most Influential Advisors list in 2017.I am a lifelong student of economics and particularly like trying to work through the intersection of classical and behavioral economics.
