Starting as a beginning level associate I was able to excel to the director level within 90 days and have maintained director status since. This was made possible because there were many associates prior to me that had not identified \"Creases\" in the market. During that time I was also recognized at the national conference as part of a 10 person team that achieved a top 10 performance award for the entire company. We got to speak and receive our awards in front of people. Currently, I have not touched the business since 2015 and still receive monthly residual income checks. Occasionally I still get referrals to help people out which is great. The opportunity complements my value system of wanting to help people and businesses when and where I can.
