This includes: • Schedule all labor and materials as appropriate to facilitate show materials • Cost control • Asset management of facility for permanent tenants, facility, and exhibitors • Interface and meet with all clients as needed to assure positive customer service expectations • Responsible for leading, directing, delegating work, motivating performance, team member relation issues, attendance issues, and providing career guidance to direct reports. • Manage, lead, and direct all aspects of facility operational concerns for entire facility • Interfaces with staff and clients resolving issues and directing staff to meet show timeframes. • Evaluate staff performance in written format on annual basis, coach staff and providing constructive feedback. • Control assets and expenses, providing all company products and services to all clients. • Supervise technical staff. • Frequently meets with facility and permanent tenant clients to arrange installation of show products and installation of permanent products and services. • Maintain company permanent equipment. • Understand and review plans for installation of copper-wire and fiber optic cable for installation in facilities. • Regular and consistent attendance, particularly as a role model leader
