Responsible for the smooth running, ongoing development and promotion of a highly complex 3 x multi-store B2C & B2B Magento 2 installation. Reporting to the Marketing Manager I work cross functionally within a team of five, alongside external agencies. Development of websites using Agile project management/software development methodology via JIRA Software sprints with an award-winning Magento 2 development agency. Raise bugs of varying severity internally via Trello and externally using JIRA Service Desk, ensuring these are correctly managed/prioritised on a regular basis. Requirements gathering, UAT and QA - always anticipating and thinking ahead, I help to ensure the implementation of robust solutions that are both client & customer friendly. Work closely with IT department and award-winning web hosting provider to maintain integration of internal ERP and wider web based infrastructure. Optimise website performance, merchandising of product - titles, images, copy, product relations, search etc. and implementation of promotions. Utilise HotJar for monitoring customer journey, collecting feedback via surveys, early identification of issues and ultimately improving website UX. Configuration of various Magento modules by major providers such as Adobe, Amasty and Anowave to facilitate crucial operations such as shipping rules and increase sales through product relations. Analysis and reporting as and when required, use of a wide range of industry standard tools such as Google Analytics and New Relic. Support and help to deliver overall eCommerce strategy. Upgraded CIM membership from Associate (ACIM) to Member (MCIM) in recognition of my many years marketing experience at a senior level.
