Executing medium and long-term strategies to ensure the offer is in line with the needs of our discerning, international target audience and commercial objectives. I focus on growing guest satisfaction and onboard revenue, with clear accountability for cover charge, beverage and hotel cost budget lines. I lead the development and specification of an innovative and desirable dining and wine offer, service ware, technology and service procedures that support Cunard’s food and beverage objectives. Supporting the wider Food & Beverage team, ship and shore, with revenue and service initiatives and improvements.
