Since joining Harwin, I’ve quickly developed proficiency in PTC Creo and gained hands-on experience with Windchill, Harwin’s integrated product data management system. Alongside this, I’ve completed standard office and internal systems training, helping me work efficiently across departments and collaborate effectively with the wider engineering team.My main responsibilities include reviewing and updating technical drawings to ensure compliance with Harwin’s latest manufacturing standards and quality regulations, improving clarity and consistency across engineering documentation.Beyond design work, I’ve been a supportive team member—assisting in the ongoing growth of our design department and contributing to various product development and improvement projects. I’ve also become very familiar with our 3D printing facilities, producing custom components such as controller holders used throughout Harwin’s three factories, where continuous innovation helps improve productivity and workflow.Looking ahead, I’m excited to take on more hands-on design responsibilities, continue developing my technical and CAD skills, and contribute to innovative product design and manufacturing solutions that drive Harwin’s engineering excellence.
