About Jim Vincequerra

As a corporate and financial restructuring/special situations attorney, my primary focus is the representation of companies, debt holders and high net-worth individuals in connection with a variety of commercial transactions and circumstances.I began my career in the financial restructuring practice gaining deep experience representing debtors, creditors and committees, bondholders and acquirers of assets (both in and out of court) in matters involving the retail, real estate, hospitality, new media, e-commerce and telecommunications industries. I have assisted a number of clients with strategic bankruptcy asset acquisitions.My experiences in the financial restructuring/special situations practice has translated well for clients in more traditional commercial and corporate situations, where I have represented numerous entities and individuals in significant transactions.I am a graduate of St. John\'s University School of Law, a 1995 graduate of The Johns Hopkins University and a 1991 graduate of Regis High School.
