After leaving Marley Wright I initially set up on my own offering recruitment services and also had a separate business compiling customers CV’s after a short period of time I was approached to manage 2 pubs in Bolton which led to my company owning a share of 3 pubs and a night club where I managed all aspects of operations including staffing, ordering new products, events management etc. Unfortunately due to various reasons, including the Covid lockdowns, this ‘partnership’ was dissolved and I was left running one pub The York in Bolton.Following the completion of the contract with Marston\'s I was approached to provide events management and promotions services on a freelance basis for a different pub The Sweet Green Tavern on a short term contract which I am currently providing meaning I will now only be looking for new roles in 2025.
