Experience
Technical Consulting Engineer
Jun 2012 — Present
I enable customer success in High Performance Computing by showcasing the performance value and differentiation available via effective software development tool utilization. I help ensure successful product launches for Beta products, new products, and updates to existing products. This includes providing technical consulting and training, generating and updating collateral for marketing and training, and enabling customers at strategic and scale levels to fully utilize products in their development environment. I lead a global team for supporting current released products, covering strategic and scale customers with technical support, training, feedback to engineering teams, product testing, documentation reviews, and collateral publication. I provide direct support to a variety of software development tools, including performance libraries, performance analysis tools, correctness tools, and runtime environments. This support includes defect resolution, knowledge base article generation and updates, webinars, product testing, optimization assistance, and customer relationship management. I lead software development tool engagement for strategic customers, driving resolution of all issues and enabling integration into customer workflows for full suite of product offerings. I was co-chair for lab content at One Intel Station in 2018. I was the co-chair for the Hands-On Labs at Intel® HPC Developer Conference 2017. I presented the closing keynote at the IXPUG 2016 US Annual Workshop. I have staffed a booth at the SuperComputing conference multiple years, responding to attendee questions, organizing presentations and labs, and presenting at company and partner booths. I have previously lead two projects for training materials and sample codes across multiple products. These projects involve small teams generating content across multiple products to train end users and to provide sample codes for end users to understand tool usage.
