ABOUT TREY HALL

I am a Dynamic, Diverse and Dedicated Senior Operations Leader with demonstrated success in establishing and integrating new operations, building tight knit teams and fostering superior business cultures that drive sustainable success. I have led regional business units and support functions with a focus on delivering the safe work environment, P&L performance and continuously improving KPIs.PRINCIPLE-CENTERED LEADERSHIP – I believe that sustainable success is underpinned by the right culture supporting a commitment to excellence through continuous improvement, a focus on people and the pursuit of an incident-free work environment.SAFETY MANAGEMENT/LEADERSHIP – I am an operations leader that has always been very passionate about safety. Pursuit of the incident-free work environment is an objective all leaders should be able to rally around. In my most recent role I had the opportunity to take my safety spirit and knowledge to a new level. While culture remains paramount to success we must identify and control hazards and learn as completely as possible from incidents. Safety is not the absence of injury but the presence of safeguards.OPERATIONS & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT – Renewable power plant operations can be a tedious business. To keep up and get ahead you need to be constantly evolving. Time and time again, over the years, I have empowered my teams to always find ways to improve our asset performance and business processes. Beyond day-to-day operations and maintenance activities, the O&M teams need to reach back into the development and engineering, procurement & construction (EPC) phases of a project’s life cycle to collaborate in shaping a more favorable long-term outcome for the project.ASSET MANAGEMENT – With P&L responsibility for the assets within my regions, I led the budget processes, established facility performance goals, reported performance to all stakeholders, managed or oversaw deliverables of all key project contracts and represented the company on various stakeholder committees. As the renewable industry has matured, I have supported the growing compliance obligations related to third-party investors and stakeholder interests in Environmental, Social and Governance practices.ESTABLISHING/INTEGRATING NEW OPERATIONS – Throughout my career I have thrived in new business ventures and embraced the challenges and opportunities that come with establishing and scaling operations. I thoroughly enjoy the entrepreneurial environment supporting new/growing operations provides.
