As a Director of Unify, my purpose is to design and deliver outstanding learning experiences in partnership with our exceptional team.Everything we do at Unify seeks to create engagement and build a psychologically safe environment where behavioural diversity thrives, and people are celebrated for their strengths.The challenge is that behaviour is the observable end result of a person’s values, beliefs, experience and perception and we all have a strong sense of our identity and what\'s right and wrong.Change begins when an individual can become objective and acquire the tools and techniques to challenge their own mindset, attitudes, and thoughts, which in turn results in a lasting change in behaviour. At Unify we make behavioural science easy to understand and accessible, which in turn helps the individual take small steps towards significant changes in how they manage themselves, work in a team or lead others.
