People and Workplace Manager leading people operations and workplace experience at Wildfarmed, with a focus on building scalable people practices and a strong, engaging culture as the business grows. Reporting to the COO, with close collaboration across the leadership team and sustainability function.I lead end-to-end people operations, owning recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and HR compliance. I design, implement and embed practical, scalable policies and processes that support organisational maturity and future growth. I act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers on performance, conduct, wellbeing and employee experience, while partnering with leadership on organisational design, workforce planning and talent development.Alongside this, I operate as the dedicated People Partner for The Snapery East, spending two days per week embedded within the bakery team. I work closely with the Bakery Managing Director to support people strategy and provide hands-on, site-level people support for an operational workforce.I also lead office and workplace management at HQ, ensuring an efficient, well-run and energising working environment. This includes facilities management, supplier relationships, day-to-day office operations and acting as first-line tech support, working closely with an outsourced IT provider.I collaborate with the COO to implement improved workflows, continuously reviewing and refining people, workplace and technology processes to ensure they remain fit for purpose in a scaling organisation. I support strategic projects, internal communications and people-focused initiatives, and play an active role in shaping people and workplace strategy through periods of growth and change.
