As such profits are invested in programmes that support people, homes and communities, with a focus on youth homelessness and housing poverty. James was appointed as Independent Chair of the Board of Andrews Property Group by the Group\'s owners, Andrews Charitable Trust (ACT). He also sits on Finance, Audit & Risk and Remuneration & Nomination Committees, and attends ACT Trustee Meetings. In the period since appointment James has been responsible for changing the business’s management structure, adjusting its strategic focus and altering the positioning of the organisation within the marketplace.
