I currently reside in Austin, TX and have been working within the real estate industry for the last 18 years. My experience is in real estate operations and asset management of which I have spent on both the owner/operator side as well as on the vendor side. This has allowed me to approach my professional career from seeing “both sides of the coin.” I have worked with hundreds of multifamily clients over the years from assessing property acquisitions, analyzing pro forma plans, going over renovation/construction budgets, due diligence assessments, and engaging on market trends within the areas I’ve worked within. I’ve worked with ownership groups, property management companies, developers, builders, brokers, vendors, etc.I have a proven ability to build and enhance relationships along with driving the operation for improved financial results has attributed to organization and personal successes.
