Providing specialist support/ advice to line managers in employee relations across all BHF directorates including terms and conditions, sickness, redundancy, disciplinary, grievances and appeal meetings, employment legislation and policies and procedures. Line management responsibility for three HR Advisors. Supporting and coaching line managers to comply with employee relations policies and practices by suggesting and facilitating pragmatic solutions to problems by working with the stakeholders concerned. Liaising with senior leaders to discuss and implement plans for resolving high risk cases. Owning, supporting, and providing guidance to HR Advisors with ER case work. Driving people management initiatives which support the BHF strategy. Defining people plans with line managers. Delivering HR specialist courses across the BHF.
